Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. • A 30% fee will be charged for any no-shows or same-day cancellations. Two or more no-shows within an 8 week period will result in being removed as a client. • Due to recent damages to the salon, children and guests are no longer to accompany you to your appointments unless they have a service booked.
